🚨David Grusch filed a formal complaint against the DOD for failing to comply w/ FOIA. Grusch requested records concerning unauthorized disclosure complaints against whitleblowers.
Grusch is seeking a judges order to compel agencies to release relevant files ASAP.

David Grusch has filed a FOIA lawsuit against the Department of Defense in the Eastern District of Virginia.
Grusch submitted a FOIA request to the DOD on September 30, 2024 seeking records related to "unauthorized disclosure complaints" filed with the DOD Senior Intelligence Oversight Official, Mark Dupont, between April and December 2023, including complaints specifically about Grusch himself, and complaints related to "unidentified aerial phenomena," "unidentified anomalous phenomena," UAP, or UFO.
The DOD acknowledged receipt of the FOIA request on October 3, 2024 and assigned it case number 25-FP-0002. The agency was required by statute to provide an estimated completion date, and the last such date given was May 1, 2025. After that deadline passed, Grusch's counsel made multiple attempts to get an update but received nothing further from the DOD.
At the time of filing, over 504 days had passed since the original FOIA submission with no records produced.
The complaint alleges three counts:
Count 1: Failure to respond within the required timeframe
Count 2: Failure to conduct an adequate search
Count 3: Wrongful withholding of records.
Grusch is asking the court to order the DOD to expeditiously search for and disclose all responsive, non-exempt records.

@MinuteofZombie It was very well known by 1988 that Area 51 was used to test new aircraft and had been used for that purpose in the past.

The main problem with the “Lazar was disinfo to confuse the adversary” theory is that in 1989, Area 51 was still highly secretive and sensitive, where developed stealth aircraft, UAVs, nuclear weapons, directed energy and more.
So the notion is you’re tricking the adversary into thinking you’re reverse engineering UFOs there when in fact you’re developing all kinds of other sensitive black technology.
Generally you don’t want to DIRECT attention TOWARDS your sensitive bases. Ok so they re-task spy satellites and Soviet agents to Area 51. “Haha, joke is on you, there aren’t any UFOs here!”
Congratulations now they’re just spying on your stealth bombers and UAVs and nuclear weapons and directed energy etc.
How is that a good outcome?
How does that help national security?
Nobody would approve that. That’s dumb.

@TeamYouTube The removal of the ability to sort searches by upload date has been a terrible decision the "Uploaded today" filters and the like do not accurately filter search results do be about the search which the old method did fine.

David Grusch, through his attorneys, has filed the opening brief in his appeal of the lower court's ruling to dismiss his lawsuit against the Loudoun County Sheriff.
Grusch filed the suit after the Sheriff released to journalist Ken Klippenstein a police incident report containing details of an episode that lead to Grusch's involuntary commitment to a mental health facility.
The circuit court judge dismissed the suit after finding the release of the redacted incident report was authorized under Virginia's FOIA law.

Forbidden Science 5 describes McGarity in this passage:
“Hal and Eric [Davis] picked me up at the airport and we went directly to the Fonda San Miguel. With them was McGarity, a friend of John Alexander, former manager of operations at the Nevada test site after working at EG&G Special Projects, and later at Los Alamos. Now retired in Miranda, he serves as a Baptist minister and teaches school.”
A couple of pages later:
“McGarity could go anywhere on the site except for Papoose (an NSA site) but never found out what the lights were, or why he had been sent out to watch them. He laughed when I mentioned Bob Lazar, to whom he’d been introduced by Don Ware. When he probed his actual experience, Lazar failed to show any real knowledge of the situation at Area 51 and S-4. Later, Bill tracked down his role at Los Alamos as a simple technician with no clearance.”
Davis made a comment in a private facebook group saying that it was a friend of John Alexander's that told him the information.
My understanding is McGarity is in very poor health, I've been unable to reach him to get clarity on what exactly he told Davis.
I don't believe Davis's information is accurate, I think it is possible he misunderstood or misremembered a comment from McGarity that was about Lazar's role at Los Alamos and not his role at S4 (as the above passages might suggest) - but the female supervisor component doesn't match that exactly.
John Alexander told me that McGarity never spoke to him about Lazar.

I think I'm approaching 100,000 tweets, with some being mini-books. If you like any of that stuff (including transcripts), I suggest you save it bc this account may be going away. Same with my blog. My engagement continues to get worse and plummet so I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to do this. I've tried my best and, for whatever reason, my account, with 95,000 followers (and lots of new folks every day), does worse than when I had a few thousand followers. In the summer of last year, the X algorithm changed and everything I posted was doing really well. It felt good. But a few months ago, it changed again and my account went down the tubes. Musk has said that smaller accounts would benefit from these recent changes, and I DO see smaller accounts kicking ass, even if they tend to put out info. that's partially inaccurate. Mine has done the opposite. I've asked folks if they could make the effort to Like and Reply to my tweets so more people would see them and my hours and hours spent on certain posts would be worth it. For the most part, the opposite has happened. I'm not gonna beg for engagement and I'm not gonna engagement farm. Hey, I tried my best and gave it my all on here for 9 years, non-stop and on other platforms (mostly my defunct email newsletter) for the last 30 years. Been a good run but, as I said the other day, I think the tribe has spoken. No matter what I decide, thanks for the support over the years.

To my knowledge, there are only two places Bob has ever mentioned the handscanner, and one of those is the interview clip in the video above that had never been released prior to Corbell's documentary. Aside from those two places, I have never come across anyone ever discussing or mentioning the hand scanner. That includes all of the 70+ interviews Bob has done since 1989.

Bob Lazar profited from his story twice within just the first 75 days after his story aired, bringing in more than $14,000 in 2025 dollars.
There are more instances of his having profited in the years that followed - video sales, merch, posters, book deal, speaking fees for at least one UFO convention, etc

Bob Lazar...he never has seemed to ever make any money off of his story. At least that anyone can find.
And is still harassed to this day by Federal Govt disrupting his life, his business to make a living.
You might take a look at his Joe Rogan interview with a documentary film maker that did make a little money telling Lazar's story along with others. Lazar seems to reel him back in when he sensationalizes his account.

Bob Lazar told us about Element 115 before anyone ever heard of it or artificially created it. Lazar claimed it was the fuel for UAP's and that crew and this advanced technology was recovered from the 1947 Roswell crash. Turns out...he was right about it's existence. And you won't believe who proved it. RUSSIA. Russia won the space race, beating America with the first satellite in space and first human in space, in which we retaliated by putting the first human on the moon. Russia actually created Element 115 artificially in 2003, putting it on the Periodic Table officially, but it destroys itself in less than a second. Our technology can not sustain it long enough for anything, let alone fuel for interplanetary travel. Since Russia produced what Bob Lazar said existed for over a decade...the element was officially declared Moscovium...after Moscow Oblast, Russia.

What’s more likely, Levenda read a book with a picture of a badge that no one who has covered the Lazar story or been close to Bob has ever come across, including Knapp and countless others - or, he is simply misremembering something he saw so long ago he can’t even remember where he saw it?

Mr. Levenda is mistaken, Bob's badge does not say Bendix on it.
Below is the picture of the mockup badge that Bob Lazar created to show people what he says his badge looked like. He had to create a replica of it as he did not have the actual badge or any photos of it.
The existence of another Bob Lazar badge would be significant and would not have gone unnoticed by those of who have researched and/or reported on the story in depth for years.

@Peter_Levenda @ParaN_rmal The photo I posted is what Jeremy Corbell uses in his presentations, it is the actual material Bob used to make the mockup badge. He made the mockup badge because he did not have access to the real badge or an image of the real badge.

@ParaN_rmal I will look for it. It was a while ago. I know about the Oechsler badge, but it was not the same image. It makes sense that Bendix was involved with Area 51 in any case since it was one of the prime defense contractors at the time with an Aerospace Division of its own.
