I’m meant to be flying out of Dublin airport Friday morning, I’ve kind of just resigned myself to the fact that’s not happening. It’s disappointing of course because I’ve worked hard to afford this, but it’s the governments fault imo, not the protestors #fuelprotest

President Zelenskyy said at the end of last year that 90-95% of Ukrainian long-range strikes are carried out by weapons made in Ukraine. A statistic to remember when considering the damage Ukraine has dealt to Russian Baltic Sea ports over the last several weeks.

So the fuel protests started out as "we can't afford to live in Ireland, the government is shafting us!!" to "its the foreigners fault!", specifically Ukrainians fault in less than 24hrs.
