Interesting in how a @NYSE officer sat on the board of @tZERO and then NYSE makes a deal with @Securitize to do exactly what tZERO has been working on with their vast array of patents for 5-8 years. Did that board member maintain his fiduciary duty? Did he recluse himself and notify tZERO of a conflict of interest? Inquiring minds find this very interesting.

@roily23 @tZERO Right. @tZERO does have something. They have a group of individuals that do not believe in brand recognition. It’s like how someone makes something but doesn’t advertise and somehow complain they don’t get business. It’s a sickness.

emotionally this is a bummer but if I eliminate the emotion I can find some positive spin: legitimization of the RWA space; a rising tide lifts all boats including @tzero; tZERO still has things Securitize doesn’t-Securitize is securities only; tZERO is pursuing the commodities/derivatives clearing layer that nobody else has; make @Lynq_Network the settlement layer that even NYSE’s platform will eventually need; tzero has an Agentic Layer in Halo. Still its a bummer and @Alan_Konevsky and team need a swift definitive response.

So while I want to see that article printed better I don’t agree that our comms and PR efforts are lagging - by any metric tZERO is miles away from where it was - yes we want national media coverage and working on it - yes I want our exec team to be more visible beyond just me and that’s developing - yes you will see more events presence - yes will see more marketing activities. Btw that same article when circulated by us had a lot of coverage.
