I rarely have this issue in UT. But an exp changed my view. Driving CT w/ my 23YO son, he gave thumbs down to a disliked car on the freeway. I talked to him abt how dumb & disrespectful it is. Hope he stops. Basically, it's an immature person who thinks they can put others down bc they're sad & angry inside. They're flipping off their own sad life, not you. Love them, pray for them, & flash peace or heart.

I get flipped off on the daily driving my CT in the portland area. I cannot think of the way I want to respond- but I want to. I usually am just in a state of shock (similar feeling I had when I was 12 on my bike on my paper route when a guy pulled up next to me, honked and exposed himself). I digress. I don’t want to respond with more hate, but with some kind of thought provoking statement, that cuts through it. It can’t be audible because the exchange is so fast. And it has to be clever because it must disarm. Share this so more people can help me figure this out?

@wmorrill3 @niccruzpatane @trentsizemore I need the Cybertruck to stay level. We sleep on a mattress in the bed of the truck when camping. I need the truck to stay level when I take it off tent mode to roll the tonneau cover part way down. Please!

@trentsizemore Thanks for the feedback - shared this with some of the engineering team who worked hard on these small changes. Our work is not done once the product ships, we are constantly listening to feedback and trying to make improvements both in hardware and software.

Some more changes I’ve noticed with the 2026 Cybertruck compared to 2024. I went from a 49k VIN to a 92k ⬇️ We drove all day yesterday in rain and snow, and it rained all night while parked. There’s almost no water in the bed. My previous truck would’ve been soaked, and service said they couldn’t fix it. The gap between the glass and trim piece was where water got it. Electric tape fixed that seal before, but now the gap is clearly much smaller. I think any water getting in now is rolling off the tonneau when it’s opening. Our last truck made a “chirping” sound from the front motor area around 30-35mph. Every loaner truck I got had the same sound. There was also a weird wind-like noise that came on in cold weather, and would go away in left turns. Service told people they were both normal. The new truck has had neither so far, even in cold weather. The front motor seems noticeably quieter in general, even using slippery surface or off-road mode where it’s engaged full time. All the doors, the frunk, and tonneau all close quieter. They were not bad before, just feels more premium now. The new windshield no longer appears to be cloudy so far, but I need some more sunny scenarios to be sure.

@Teslarati Roll stop signs, not get in the wrong lane when a turn is coming up, banish, remember how to park in garage. And it would be huge if it could remember things specific to me, like only go max 9 mph over speed limit in hurry mode. Wishes - unsupervised, avoid potholes.

@actuallyajoke I’ve never had that. I just went on a long road trip with 14.2.2.5 last weekend and nothing. I would guess some flaw in the combo of the rain, faster speeds, and camera occlusion.

Encountered a strange bug on FSD 14.2.2.5 the other day. When near the max speed of the speed profile, FSD was applying and immediately reducing the power over and over, creating an sickening rocking effect (watch the power meter go up and down) Anyone else get this?

Here’s my $TSLA Playbook for Q3 2025 Earnings: Our ‘sell the news’ prediction on Q3 Delivery numbers played out well, allowing us to trim calls into the print. $TSLA is likely to chop from now to Q3 earnings with the lack of near term catalysts and FSD V14 slowly rolling out (market still sleeping on FSD). Q3 Earnings: Who cares about Q3 EPS, the market will focus on #Tesla outlook, specifically order flow for Q4, new affordable 3/Y ramp, and Robotaxi progress. The market wants to know if Q4 deliveries will be soft and how demand / preparation for ramp is for the new affordable models is looking. Musk is highly incentivized to deliver a strong earnings call to gain support for the 2025 compensation plan. We find it likely for Musk to be enthusiastic and provide major updates on the call. By Q3 earnings, #Tesla will have a good idea on how order flow for Q4 is, so if orders are coming in strong, Musk will make it clear Q4 deliveries are on track, which the market would positively respond to. Of course there is always risk of a disappointment on outlook or lack of details on Robotaxi progress. In this scenario, $TSLA will likely retest $400, $390 (Musk’s $1B purchase price), or even the mid $300s. We may sell Puts with strikes around $400 to $390 to collect premium and potentially add shares near Musk’s $1B purchase price. That would be a very attractive opportunity to add shares and calls as well. Positioning: After trimming large portion of our calls heading into Q3 deliveries, we are keeping leverage low heading into Q3 earnings and holding all shares (added on sell the news). Will only add to our position if we see a break below $420 before Q3 earnings. While this may seem unpopular, we find it good for $TSLA to pullback heading into earnings. This helps lower expectations, cool off the technicals, and set up for a stronger bounce on an outlook beat. In the event of a beat on outlook, a pre earnings sell off can help $TSLA bounce back stronger towards $470 and even $500+ as bullish outlook and anticipation for the annual shareholder meeting can be powerful catalysts. In this scenario, we will take profit on our calls, as the market could start a ‘buy the rumor’ in anticipation of the annual shareholder meeting. Conclusion: Earnings are a binary outcome and very hard to predict, which is why we are using lower leverage, holding all shares, but ready to take advantage of opportunity. The earnings call and outlook will really set the tone for the rest of 2025 and potentially early 2026. If #Tesla suggest soft quarters ahead with less details on Robotaxi than expected, then our prediction of a re-accumulation phase will likely play out. This should lead to a multi month consolidation in the $400s to mid $300s as the new models ramp and Robotaxi progresses. Of course if Robotaxi surprises during the consolidation phase, expect $TSLA surge very quickly. If there is a sharply sell off sending $TSLA below $390, we will start accumulating 2027 and 2028 LEAPs. We are confident #Tesla can scale Robotaxi by 2028 with shares being re-rated into a multi trillion valuation by then. There may be asymmetry in that trade, if $TSLA is around the $300s later this year or in early 2026. Thoughts on $500: To reach $500, we need a solid Q3 earnings call / outlook and lots of anticipation for the annual shareholder meeting. Without earnings growth, sustaining above $500 will be difficult. Robotaxi progressing and scaling quicker than expected is the catalyst that can help drive a more sustainable move above $500 as the market should start realizing the potential of autonomous ride hailing. That should start with the gradual removal of the safety monitor and the fleet scaling. The inner #Tesla bull in us hopes for an outlook beat confirming strong order flow, Robotaxi progress, and a focused and enthusiastic Musk. Overall, we are comfortable with current positioning, and ready to add on pullbacks.

This one is painful, but you agreed to be my therapy, didn't you? 😆 This body did a lot, including giving birth to five wonderful kids in less than twelve years and growing to nearly 60 years old. In the last year I lost 128 lbs and started to make good progress with my too large, too sturdy German legs. And now, I can for the first time wear over-the-knee boots. Might sound insignificant, but means the world to me. I waited for all my TSLA investments to be done before spending the extra money to buy the best out there, a young French brand, called @Nomasei1 . @TeslaBoomerPapa had to measure my legs last weekend, while I was emailing with the founder and deciding whether I could do this. I spare you the crazy moments. Now crying tears of joy, I know it's silly, but hey, I have come a long way. Please don't comment anything nasty, this one is so important to me.
