@GrooveLife_ I have to say that I am SO disappointed in GrooveLife. I've been a loyal customer for years and purchased a lot of rings, spending 100's of dollars. Rings used to come nicely packaged and each in their own box, now they're all thrown together in an envelope.

@SonosSupport I was happy to get a SONOS system and initially the support team was prompt & helpful but when you couldn't fix my issue you just went radio silent, no acknowledgement, nothing. It definitely ruined my experience. I'll consider other options in the future. #notcool
