This sick bird has been at the PetSmart at 3347 E Foothill Blvd. for over a month. A salesperson last month said it was going to get treated but it has not. @PetSmart @PasadenaHumane Something needs to be done about this. It's going to die in there.

@PetSmart Got toys from you guys for my parrot, she ended up getting caught in the chains and severely hurt her foot. It’s not your fault, but people need to be aware of this, pay extra attention to your bird while they’re playing. My poor baby 🙁

@PetSmart please either stop using third party shipping carriers like Roadie (where your order can be out for delivery and then cancelled for no reason) or allow us to select a shipping carrier.

Hey @PetSmart, if you want people to buy, maybe you should fix your crappy website. It’s seriously broken every time I try to give it a chance. I added things to my cart and can’t even view it. Think you need a complete overhaul of your webpage.

@petsmart grooming on potranco and 1604 in SA is a scam! I’m pretty sure they didn’t even give my dog a haircut except for his face that looks like they took a pair of clippers to half his head when I asked just to clean up around the eyes with scissors.
