@PetSmart after I received an email that your cashier in store added stuff to my cart for AutoShip without my permission without asking me. I literally got rid of my account and you will never ever have me as a customer. #shameonyou

This sick bird has been at the PetSmart at 3347 E Foothill Blvd. for over a month. A salesperson last month said it was going to get treated but it has not.

@PetSmart Got toys from you guys for my parrot, she ended up getting caught in the chains and severely hurt her foot. It’s not your fault, but people need to be aware of this, pay extra attention to your bird while they’re playing. My poor baby 🙁
