@TKMaxx_UK… This is the worst experience of purchasing the item. The counter lady refused to take item back, saying we broke the plastic seal of the item and even after she came to know that there was no seal in first place, she still refuse to take item back.

@TKMaxx_UK went into Broadheath Manchester late morning, 1/4/26, not very busy. Waited behind customer buying HUGE amount, me second in Q,after 10 mins the Q was 20 long. 2 assistants floating around avoiding eyes; when I was in retail first thing was SERVE T CUSTOMER!! Shocking
