@jayhova55 @jemelehill @ChadSonger1 Facts. They stay in their feelings, don’t they? Blacks make up 13% of US pop and hold 1.5 percent of its wealth. Yet these these dude spend all their time being butthurt because some black person expressed a POV that makes them sad.

@jemelehill @ChadSonger1 I always feel better reading Jemele’s comments. I love how triggered white men get from her opinions. Truly makes me smile

Jerry Jones really had the nerve to say this out loud. Jones’ father was the president of a lucrative insurance company that was worth over $6 million when Jones graduated from Arkansas in the mid-60s. His father immediately made Jones the executive VP as soon as he graduated. Jones also was able to borrow $1 million to open up a pizza chain.
But sure, tell us how you pulled yourself up from the bootstraps and lucked into NFL ownership.

@TheUfoJoe Who knows. But imagine the global social disorder and cultural chaos that would ensue from the revelation that we weren’t created by a monotheistic deity but instead by some form of alien beings. Perhaps those who know are trying to protect us from ourselves?
English

Some possible reasons why information would be withheld from us?
Nolan: "Maybe there's something about them that's really scary...to know that we are somebody else's property. Or, heaven help, maybe we're farmed for something? That would be awful, that would be icky. I mean, it isn't as if we don't farm things. Just to know you're not the top of the food chain, might not be a pleasant thing."

@ianmiles @krassenstein He was convicted of seditious conspiracy against his country, not trespassing. Stop lying. He deserves every day he got.
English

@krassenstein Brian, are you serious? Do you really think he deserves 17 years for trespassing?
English

17 Years in Prison For January 6th!
Proud Boy member, and former correspondent for Alex Jones' InfoWars, Joe Biggs has just been sentenced to 17 years in prison for Seditious Conspiracy, among other charges.
Maybe Americans will think twice before storming the US Capitol building in order to stop the certification of a FREE AND FAIR election.
I'm just glad that these people are actually being held accountable. See ya in 17 years!
What do you think?

@krassenstein The Kamela Harris point should be made to anyone defending Trump’s behavior. Get them on the record: If the Electoral College certifies Trump as the winner in ‘24, will Harris have the same right Trump claimed Pence had to
throw out the results?

BREAKING: Mike Pence Confirms he took Notes about Conversations with Trump about Overturning the Election.
In a pre-released Transcript from 'Face the Nation' airing at 10:30 AM ET Mike Pence will say the following:
“From time to time, particularly at important moments, I had a practice of scribbling a note or two on my calendar, just to memorialize it and remember it. I generally didn’t make a practice of taking notes in meetings over the four-year period of time, but given the momentous events that were unfolding, I did take a few notes to remind myself of what had been said."
Pence also said the following:
"You know, I know in my heart of hearts, that on January 6, I did my duty, kept my oath to the Constitution of the United States. And the thing that I’m encouraged about, Major, is as we travel, not only here in New Hampshire, but around the country, is more and more Americans are recognizing that we kept our oath that day. And I think with this week’s news I’ve had- I’ve had so many people come up to me and just express their appreciation for the stand that we took, by God’s grace, to do our duty to see to the peaceful transfer of power. And I’m encouraged by that, I must tell you. Look, President Trump was wrong. He was wrong then. He’s wrong now. I had no right to overturn the election. And more and more Americans are coming up to me every day and recognizing that, and- and for my part, I’m running for president in part because, frankly, President Trump asked me to put him over the Constitution that day, but I chose the Constitution and I always will."
"From sometime in the middle of December, the president began to be told that I had some authority to reject or return votes back to the states. I had no such authority. No vice president in American history had ever asserted that authority and no one ever should. Your viewers can go to Article II of the Constitution and see that it’s very clear. It says that the vice president, as president of the Senate, should preside over the House and Senate in a joint session, and that the Electoral College votes shall be opened and shall be counted. There was no discretion ever given to the vice president in history, nor should there ever be. I had no right to overturn the election and Kamala Harris will have no right to overturn the election when we beat them in 2024."
Thoughts? Is this why Trump appears to be trying to intimidate Pence on social media?

@iancorzine @krassenstein I don’t believe you read the document. It refers repeatedly to “outcome-determinative” fraud. Smith anticipated this silly argument that he will have to prove there was zero fraud. Trump was told repeatedly there was no evidence of fraud that would have changed the outcome.
English

👨⚖️LAWYER’S TAKE 👉 I read the indictment, too. I believe Jack Smith walked into a trap! For the conspiracy to defraud claim, he's got to prove that 2020 election fraud did NOT happen. Even if you believe the election was fair, proving that there was no election fraud anywhere is going to be really hard, and it will allow Donald Trump's counsel to obtain discovery on any evidence relating to fraud in the 2020 election. This could dig up dirt on President Biden's campaign staff and counsel.
Absent specific non-hearsay testimony and / or documents, proving beyond a reasonable doubt that Donald Trump had knowledge of the alleged fraudulent state electors will be really hard.
Most of the indictment is dedicated to demonstrating why Donald Trump should have known there was no fraud in the election. It is not a crime to insist in believing something, despite the fact others tell you you're crazy. For example, some people insist on believing that the lock-downs were beneficial -- they are not guilty of a crime.
Finally, with respect to the conspiracy to obstruct the vote certification, the causal connection between Donald Trump voicing his anger at election fraud (however wrong) and delaying certification for 6 hours is tenuous at best. But this claim will allow Donald Trump's lawyers to get discovery on any and all involvement of government agents and employees in the January 6th protest.
So, maybe after this litigation, we'll all have a better understanding of President Biden's efforts to win the 2020 election and government involvement in January 6th ... Trying to look at the positive of criminal accusations against Presidents 🤢
English

I Just Read the Trump Indictment:
(My personal thoughts)
I have just finished reading the entire 45-page Indictment of Trump. If you have not done so, regardless of which side you fall on, I urge you to do so.
Mike Pence as well as multiple individuals at the DOJ and within state legislatures deserve a ton of credit here if this indictment is factual.
The indictment systematically breaks down how the government believes Trump tried to undermine the democratic institutions of the United States, pressure the DOJ and Mike Pence to overturn the will of the people and pressure seven different states to falsify their votes within the Electoral Count Act.
History books will view this indictment as a testament to how the institutions of the United States barely escaped the clutches of a man unwilling to leave office.
PLEASE READ THE INDICTMENT!
For America's sake!

@krassenstein Fascinating. Isn’t it that the same people who say they could care less about Donald Trump paying off prostitutes and porn star somehow think a story about a president’s son behaving similarly is somehow the biggest story in the history of the world.

BREAKING: Marjorie Taylor Greene, just called Special Counsel Jack Smith a “bitch”.
She said: “He only targets Republicans because he’s a weak little bitch for the Democrats.”
FACT: Jack Smith was the chief prosecutor at the Kosovo Specialist Chambers, an international tribunal at The Hague tasked with investigating and prosecuting war crimes in the Kosovo War.

English

@krassenstein @crankygameplays It means there’s a professional class of government workers who are more loyal to the Constitution than to some political hack. The last thing Americans wants is to lose historical knowledge to ideology hackery every time the president changes.
English

@krassenstein @crankygameplays There is a deep state and thank God for it. It means the entire government doesn’t change every time the presidency does. Is that what Republicans really want when Joe Biden or Obama wins the presidency.
English

Steve Bannon just now at TPUSA:
“This is a holy war against the Deep State. Donald Trump is our instrument for retribution!"
I understand that some people genuinely like Trump. I even respect their right to believe he’s the best candidate to serve them, but when you have a convict touting “Holy Wars” and talking about “crusades,” it only serves to turn off young voters, smart voters and moderate voters.
What are your thoughts on Turning Point USA and Bannon’s rhetoric?
English

@krassenstein Are we allowed to have a write in candidate? If so, I would like to choose Triumph the Insult Dog.
English

If you are a Republican, out of the four Candidates below who would you pick for President if you had to select one:
A) Vivek Ramaswamy
B) Ron DeSantis
C) Mike Pence
D) Chris Christie.
Why?
If you are a Democrat, who would you find to be the toughest competition to Joe Biden and why?
A) Vivek Ramaswamy
B) Ron DeSantis
C) Mike Pence
D) Chris Christie.
My Thoughts: As a Democrat I believe Ramaswamy is the toughest competition in a general election. I say this because Ramaswamy will appeal to the Trump supporters but also likely appeal to the more moderate GOP. He would be able to use the Biden age argument against Biden whereas Trump can not. He stands out from the Non-Trump field quite boldly, but also is seen as having similar policy ideas to Trump.
