Also, remember the majority of development is being handled by Abstraction. So despite current issues at Halo Studios, there’s still a chance for Campaign Evolved to be great. I hope they credit Abstraction instead of taking all the credit like Pierre did with Halo MCC

Exclusive video report: There are still several surprises for Halo Campaign Evolved’s prequel missions and skulls that my original source and I won’t reveal. I spoke to another source who confirmed everything I previously reported, says we could see very subtle design changes to Infinite’s reused assets, and shared a development update that confirms a summer release is very possible. And yes, as the Fanta armor suggests, there will be customization for Master Chief.

@Fabulous_Corvid @seanmcdubs If you talk to a halo fan, they've changed too much. But I've talked to multiple general gaming fans who think they haven't changed enough. That's the balance unfortunately. Not doing enough to please og fans, but also not doing enough to bring in new blood.

@JaredVeg01189 @KevinKoolxHalo I played it at HCS and it was good but definitely had some performance issues and some of the graphics weren't in yet (shield flare for elites, etc) . I want them to have as much time as possible. I can wait for them to put their best foot forward

I actually spoke with a dev at HCS about this exact thing and their reasoning was that they wanted to keep the art style consistent moving forward from Halo Infinite. No more jarring switches like from 3 to 4
However that makes sense for SEQUELS to Infinite Not a remake of a beloved classic. It should look like CE man
