Aramaic is a Semitic language and all Semitic languages has generic term for God — Ellah, Ilah, Allah they all are cognates of same name “God” Just “Theos” was generic name for God in Greek. When Jesus, Speaking in the lingua Franca of his day, Mentioned Ellah You would ask yourself what was he referring to? Certainly not the God Muhammad created in Arabia 600 later which was non existent at the time of Jesus but the national God of the Jews whom Jesus name was derived from “Yahweh” That’s the God known to Jesus and that’s the God Jesus was calling on when he said Ellah. E.g when a Christian and a Muslim use the word “God” they’re not referring to the same God. Christians refer to Yahweh while Muslim refer to Allah. So it doesn’t make sense to suggest that Jesus was calling on Allah when he mentioned Ellah. Beware of Dawah propaganda, it’s meant to deceive not to represent the truth. Remember, Muslims don’t believe that Jesus was crucified but the only recorded time Jesus called “Yahweh” Ellah was when he was on the cross, yet they try to use this against Christians while simultaneously denying the crucifixion. Make it make sense. Without lies Islam dies!
