We've discovered problems with the Windows build of the last release and have removed the .msi files from the Github release page. This problem (ADAM won't start) only occurs with the graphical launcher package, and only in release builds for windows. CLI binaries and other systems are not affected. Sorry if you ran into this problem. We're working on a fix!
