As some of you know, last week Youtube removed one of my unlisted livestream video tests for "targeted harassment or malicious insults (such as racial slurs)".
I saved the video and attached it so you can see it.
I've still not been told which part was "harassment or racial slurs" ...was my cat's purring a slur????
In case you don't know how it works, youtube typically gives a warning and then 3 strikes before they delete a channel.
I've never received a strike.
This was my first warning and because I truly believed I did nothing wrong I filed an appeal.
The appeal was rejected within the hour.
I went to bed upset.
The next morning I received an email that my ENTIRE channel (w/ a dozen in-depth documentaries and 100+ hours of editing) was deleted.
I was more upset.
I immediately filed a second appeal, this time for my channel deletion. I asked for timestamps and video names of the offending videos.
18 minutes later my appeal was rejected.
Full stop.
According to Youtube, no further recourse was available.
Youtube refused to provide timestamps or video names for the offending videos.
I paid an editor to get my last few yt vids finished. I also paid yt to run an ad for my channel last year. I was coming up on 1k subs and was quite excited about the potential to monetize and make the investment back.
All that is gone now.
I am again asking youtube to actually review my channel as I believe they never did. Or if they did, was a bot?? Could I deal with an actual HUMAN BEING please?
If I did harass someone then PLEASE youtube PLEASE give me to the offending video name and timestamp of the offense.
That's not to be petty.
That's because @YouTubeCreators I DON'T BELIEVE YOU.
I think @TeamYouTube @YouTube @YouTubeCreators have treated me (and many others like me) unfairly.

Not so much for my sake.
I am fairly certain I won't be posting any more content to youtube...even if they were to give me my channel back.
Do it for the sake of all new and existing smaller content creators.
The current system is flawed.
Youtube—it's time to STEP UP and reevaluate the way you treat small creators.
