Advocating for sensible urban design and improved interconnectedness that gives America a hope for a better future. "Trains, not lanes."🚊

I’m glad the media is finally shaming the American public with images of *Morocco’s* state-of-the-art 200mph high-speed trains. Morocco ranks in the bottom 40% among countries in human development, America should have had HSR long ago.

The Rust Belt is the region of the northeastern/ midwestern United States that once powered America’s industrial might through manufacturing, but later suffered economic decline, population loss, and abandoned factories after those industries collapsed in the late 20th century.

I don't understand the logic of the California "high-speed rail" proposal to start running trains in the Central Valley with a two-hour connection to Los Angeles on infrequent commuter trains. The bare minimum strategy to salvage the project would be running high-speed trains on conventional tracks into Los Angeles. With a painful connection from comfortable, reserved-seat high-speed trains to slow, crowded commuter trains, only masochists and YouTubers will switch from flying.

Look at this!!! That’s awesome

By the way: I'm never going to spell Turkey as "Türkiye" unless I'm writing in Turkish. I don't write "Deutschland" or "中国" or "ایران" or "Magyarország." Turkey is Turkey.

Does the @nytimes know what NATO stands for?

This is not a bus! ⛴️ Meet #CapMetro Ferry, a downtown circulator concept connecting Austin by water. #AprilFools #AprilFoolsDay

A high-speed train is passing through the high-speed railway station at full speed. It looks cool.😎
