@Verizon @Asurion @UPS spent alot of money on phone insurance but no phone due to UPS delivery problems 7 days no phone and now i missed 3 days of work NO PAY dissapointed all around

@UPS I missed three days of work for a package without notice the package wont be delivered this is the worse company i have every dealt with

@UPS Do not listen to UPS they have lied to me numerous times and after a week of waiting now they say my package is missing. If you have a choice do NOT use UPS

@UPS I was explicitly told to take off work for a delivery that never happened. Before that, your driver showed up hours before the scheduled time and left a notice. Multiple reps gave me conflicting info. I’m now out a day of work because of this. This needs to be resolved ASAP.

@UPS @UPS days of delays and misinformation. Your employee told me to miss work because my package would arrive—I did, and it didn’t. Now it’s delayed again after being guaranteed. I’ve lost time and money over this. Completely unacceptable.

@UPS I just sent you a private message detailing the issues i have been having with the lack of communication your customer service has between departments and no resolution has been met. I have spoken with 5 different employees each giving different information.
