1/4 Whatever you do, do not pay for cellphone insurance with @Verizon because it is through Asurion. They came to replace a cracked screen for me and now my phone will not get cell service at all (airplane mode button looks to be pressed but not actuated so its light blue

2/4 And my phone now will not charge with my cord. The only issue I had was a cracked screen and now I have no service. Called @verizon and was told to call Asurion, called Asurion and ha e been dealing g with this for 5 hours with no resolve.

@Asurion The level of service I received today was absolutely piss poor. Verizon seriously needs to reconsider using yall as a vendor. Having to wait until Tuesday for a replacement phone is unacceptable, especially when same-day delivery is a service.

@Asurion So this is the help you get, no help at all. When THEY didn’t do their due diligence to inform you of THEIR limitations. They let you sign up to protect a particular model phone that actually isn’t covered. They just take your money monthly. Don’t use Asurion.

I called Amazon and they aggravated me so bad until I was screaming I called asurion and they told me they aren’t sure why the Amazon employee was doing that and filed for a refund on that phone call

@Asurion Back glass on 2 iPhone 14 Pro Maxes cracked. back glass repairs are supposed to be covered completely. They offered a replacement with a deductible of $275! Others are experiencing the same BS. I’ve been paying for coverage for years and this is what I get, scammed?!

What happened to the @AppleSupport AppleCare Express Replacement? In the past I had a new iPhone on my front porch in 2-3 days. I submitted a replacement on 4/23/26, it has been 8 days with no updates and no device shipped yet. This used to be one of the best parts about AppleCare but now it would have been faster if I used Assurion through Verizon instead.. Super Dissapointing @Apple

Asurion t-mobile cell phone insurance is the worst!!! They promise next day it took two…then they sent me a phone 2 yrs older than I have!!! If you don’t have my model Protocol is to give the consumer the next model up ..not 2 and a half models down!! So disappointed
