Frustrated with @Asurion and @ATT. After 2+ hours of calls, a tech damaged my daughter’s phone, and I had to drive an hour to pick up a replacement. Don’t waste your time or money on Asurion.

Update with @Asurion they say there policy can take 2 months or longer for claims based on availability. So 2 months in still cant use my workout computer. Don't buy their warranty on @amazon or any other #Electronics

My computer dies quickly and charger will not stay plugged in. I asked @Asurion to just send me a charger with my warranty. It has been 2 months and they keep saying its escalated. Customer service told me to buy a charger and they would reimburse me. Would you trust them?

@Asurion I love how you guys came out with “tech delivery and setup”; and then your tech can’t setup a new iPhone. So the he tells us to go pay you more money for someone “in store, with more knowledge” can help us transfer everything? What is this, 2008?

Pretty sure @Asurion is using agents to file claims. Wish it was faster at responding though, but overall fine. I suspect the tool calls are parts that need optimizing. Every customer service experience should use agents.

@SamsungAU @Asurion Be careful when you place order with Samsung and use Asurion for trading in your old phone. Samsung doesn't take any responsibility for Asurion and Asurion told me that its Samsung who harass its customers when it comes to cancelling your order.

UPDATE!  Asurion says warranty only covers 2 replacement phones. Therefore they recommend we ask @SamsungMobileUS again to STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT & help us!! Oh, & S25Ultra has begun to drop & not accept phone calls. But this is okay????
