You can't just "write" a Wikipedia page. It gets deleted instantly
Here's the backdoor:
Step 1: Pay a journalist $300 to write about you on a "notable" site (TechCrunch, Forbes, etc.)
Use HARO or just cold email. They need content, you need coverage
Step 2: Find Wikipedia pages in your niche with "dead links" or "citation needed" tags
Every page has them
Step 3: Edit the page. Fix the broken info. Cite YOUR article as the source
You're now a "reliable source" in Wikipedia's eyes
Step 4: Create your own page using that article as primary citation
The system accepts it because you're already in their database as credible
Results:
- Google Knowledge Panel appears
- First page of Google forever
- Instant authority in any conversation
Cost: $300 for article
Value: Priceless positioning

OK, just received access to agentic capabilities in AI Mode. It can research restaurants for you and provide time slots for reservations. It definitely took a few minutes to research the top restaurants, but did return the best in the area, along with links to book a reservation. Pretty cool.
@ValGetova@rustybrick Interesting. You should post over at the Local Search Forum and see if anyone else has noticed this. Admittedly, I don't really use posts so I don't notice when things change with them.
In Knowledge Graph → Posts, I can only choose photos; videos are filtered out of my camera roll.
In Maps → My Business → Add Update, it explicitly says “photo only.”
On the desktop, I can upload a video, but after Pending, it always gets Rejected.
Videos on GBP posts = dead?

Looks like Google has added instructions on how to report an entire profile when you find they submit fake reviews. This tactic does work - definitely worth bookmarking this!
