@DaWoblefet Didn't you explain this in your 2018 nats report where you used max speed lando to outspeed other scarf lando after an icy wind drop? eg. The formula truncates twice therefore it ends up one point lower than the original value

If a Timid max Speed Iron Bundle with Booster Energy consumed has its Speed dropped one stage (e.g. from Icy Wind), what will Iron Bundle's Speed stat become?

My solution to: STEVE NERF TIME OUT NERF NO PATCH/CHANGES TO THE TITLE. . . . . . . Best of 7, 2 min, 1 stock. Time outs are hype in other fighting games, it's the 4 min of uninteraction that is too much. Also Steve will get diamond for like 2 neutral exchange.

@KoulamVGC Semblable à ce que Poot a dit, l'année passée j'ai commencé à courir fin juillet et j'avais de la misère à faire 500m sans être essoufflé. Rendu en octobre je faisais 5km quand-même facile. Continue à en faire régulièrement et ça va s'améliorer!
