A Progressive Conservative MLA says his invitation to speak at a grand opening event for a school addition was rescinded because the NDP government — which didn't organize the event — said so. cbc.ca/news/canada/ma… #mbpoli

Manitoba’s accessibility minister was caught on a hot mic yesterday vilifying a sign-language interpreter for distracting her with “frantic hand movements.” Nahanni Fontaine must offer an unconditional apology and immediately resign this cabinet responsibility that she clearly has no respect for. If you agree, be sure to let the minister know: Nahanni Fontaine Minister of Families, Minister Responsible for Accessibility Room 357 Legislative Building 450 Broadway Winnipeg, MB R3C 0V8 Phone: 204-945-4173 Email: minsfs@manitoba.ca Constituency Office: 1763 Main Street Winnipeg, MB R2V 1Z8 Phone: 204-582-1550 Email: nahanni.fontaine@yourmanitoba.ca Instagram, TikTok: @ nahannifontaine #mbpoli

Manitoba is draping a large Canadian flag in front of the legislative building. Premier Wab Kinew will speak outside, in front of the flag, at 3:15 p.m. in response to the trade war. #mbpoli

I'm curious to know why our party has appointed a candidate in the Transcona by-election who just a few months ago campaigned for Jagmet Singh's NDP candidate, helping defeat Pierre Poillievre's conservative candidate in that riding's federal by-election. How does electing an NDP supporter to the Leg help Obby and the team keep an NDP government accountable?

Seems to me that if the PCs wanted to “veer back towards the offensive election campaign that left the Tories firmly rooted on the opposition benches” they would elect the that campaign’s literal poster child

Manitoba Progressive Conservative Party leadership candidate Wally Daudrich joked to a group of party members this week he could reduce homelessness in Winnipeg by letting polar bears loose downtown. #mbpoli cbc.ca/news/canada/ma…
