I made $370k last year. I spent $75k. The gap is the whole game. Lifestyle inflation is the silent killer of people who finally start earning real money. I've watched it happen to everyone around me. Income is not wealth. The delta is.

I cringe when investors say they don’t want to buy a stock because it’s too expensive. Then I ask why they think its expensive and their response is “because I have to pay over $100 for 1 share” A stock can be $500 and be cheap. A stock can be $10 and be expensive.

Buy bitcoin in Chicago ? Taxed. Transfer bitcoin in Chicago? Taxed. Hold with a custodian in Chicago? Taxed. Time to move from Chicago.

I sold a put on $GOOG at $300 and collected $1,734. The stock is at $364 today. That premium is basically mine. The stock would have to drop 17% before I'm even at risk. Would you close it early and take the profit or let it ride until expiry? What's the move?

@AlexMarkNJ There is definitely room to run, if you’re not holding AI stocks, it does not feel like we are in a bull market

The S&P 500 is up 40% from last year and nobody is talking about it. Is everyone waiting for the crash or did we just forget how to be bullish?

For most of history, real estate was the greatest wealth creator on the planet. Today, I think it’s the stock market. I’m down to one rental property. I’ll keep it. But if I were starting from scratch today, I’d choose stocks every single time. Real estate isn’t passive income. Roofs leak. Water heaters fail. Tenants stop paying. Evictions happen. Squatters happen. Property taxes and insurance keep climbing. Meanwhile, I can buy shares of great companies from my couch, collect dividends, sell options, and never get a call that the toilet is broken. The game has changed 📈

@WealthMechanic1 Bro move on that’s not even that good of a return you can do that in 1 week with sndk How are you not more bullish on all the other technologies to invest in? Cryptography has been around forever it’s nothing new nor is it that unique and special. All crypto to zero tbh

My Bitcoin position is down 28%. My index funds are up 40-57%. Should I sell the Bitcoin and go all in on index funds? Genuinely curious what you'd do.

@WealthMechanic1 What's your outlook on Bitcoin? Is it going up long term? If so, just keep buying it as that's where the opportunity is at.

@WealthMechanic1 Odds are you are late on that. If you rebalance now, you'll likely end up with bitcoin going up and index funds going down.

@BTCBreadMan The thesis would be to harvest the loss and redeploy the capital into something with momentum

@WealthMechanic1 @JamieFinance25 If you got yourself rich enough to need one, you are smart enough not to have one. Good tax advisor, that's what you need. Nobody is going to watch YOUR money as well as you will.

@WealthMechanic1 There is a chance that Bitcoin will see prices closer to its ATH again. Then would be the time to sell all Bitcoin and put that money into the stock market. That’s at least what I am going to do. Will never come back to Bitcoin afterwards.

@WealthMechanic1 It did have a good run up but it didn’t even double its last ATH in 2021, I don’t think this time is different but a lot has been different, I believe we are running late. How does every investment known to man run parabolic and bitcoin and altcoins have before
