The people who actually keep GLP-1 weight off long term all did the unglamorous part: strength training and protein, not the injection alone.

@PunkyCovfefe @TinyToothDDS ETFs have Alpha and Beta ~= 1 with respect to their index or sector. Just find individual stocks with less volatility and equal or better growth than their industry sector (Alpha > 1, Beta < 1). Buy a large bunch of those with good track records. Simple but not so easy.

Officially entered my (mostly) ETF & Chill era. No more trying to find the next NVIDIA. No more pretending I have an edge over Wall Street. No more checking futures before my feet hit the floor. Just automatic deposits. Low expense ratios. And the radical belief that being consistently average beats being occasionally brilliant. My biggest investing decision this month? Increasing my automatic investment by $50.

@TinyToothDDS there's truth to that. success doesn't really teach you much other than "keep doing what you're doing." failure actually forces you to figure out what's wrong and fix it

@TinyToothDDS I’m still very tech heavy also. I think quantum tech is my biggest winner. Finally started the official rebalancing last week. Sold off $100k of quantum and bought, gulp, bonds. 😱
