@Wintrust Hi Wintrust. I am currently on hold with customer service. I have a fraudelent transaction on my account. I cant be helped bc my mothers maiden name doesnt match your records? I am trying to report fraud and you cant help me? For real?

First order of business tomorrow is get a new bank because @Wintrust is terrible. How is it you have NO customer service available on weekends. There should be at least one small call center that handles weekends.
