I had a horrible experience at @RushMedical , your staff is rude , Valet even worse. They have no sympathy cause they don’t know why people are coming to the hospital. 0/10, I encourage to attend UIC or NorthWestern. Fix yall attitudes or stay unemployed if you don’t wanna work.

@RushMedical,16 hours since I tested positive for COVID, no prescription sent to pharmacy. Email suggested that I go to urgent care - and expose everyone to COVID. Is that malpractice?
