🚨 School board member used money and gifts to groom and rape boy over several years This one really hit me hard. A former board member Michael Robert Herbert at Aurora Christian Schools used money, gifts, and his position of trust to groom and rapea boy for years. The abuse reportedly happened across multiple towns, and investigators believe there may be other victims. What stands out to me most is how someone in a position of authority and respect within a Christian school could use that power to prey on a child. Cases like this make me angry and sad at the same time. Children should be safe in their schools and communities, not targeted by the adults meant to guide and protect them. Herbert is currently in custody facing multiple serious charges, including involuntary sexual servitude of a minor and possession of child sexual abuse material.

At his confirmation hearing, Todd Blanche told me that if an ethics lawyer instructed him to recuse himself from cases involving his former client, Donald Trump, he would.
