You reduce crime by eliminating poverty. The actual reason so called nice neighborhoods have lower crime rates is because people’s basic needs are being met. It is not because of police, alarm systems, or neighborhood associations. Poverty creates crime.

Idk why this is so hard to understand. I don’t see him as condoning murder, it’s a tragedy but look at the statement hotep is putting out. These are older teenagers/young MEN. -They are swimming in Testosterone. -They are in the category of being as naturally strong as they’re gonna be. -They are unpredictable. Don’t believe it? Look up the demographic of who has the most car accidents, traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, drug use, risky sexual behavior etc. Why? Because they are unpredictable for the reasons above. Also, genetically want to assert dominance at this age. All this applies to that demographic generally, regardless of color. Of course there are exceptions but this is who young men are. While they are physically grown, the part of their brain that looks at consequences etc, isn’t fully developed. So you can teach as parents abt conflict and how to try to de-escalate etc, but don’t be surprised if it doesn’t work in every situation. So basically, if you shove, hit, curse out, etc, whatever, you MAY not get an equal reaction. And again, this is not to condone violence/murder. It just is what it is.

@gfish4812 @GhazzyTV basically not having the mod doesnt remove the quality, so they can add the mod, use quality source and then use another mechanic to remove the mod, which doesnt remove the inherent qual because the qual isnt related to the mod on any piece. it just allows it to go higher.
