@Exorius84 @Pirat_Nation The issue was it got too successful. They were stuck with making the Shovel Knight DLCs for over a decade and didn't really get paid for their time since all of them were free. You can't run a studio like that, so its likely that we won't see any MTH DLC for a while.

Yacht Club Games says it has learned its lesson after the massive post-launch commitment that followed Shovel Knight’s Kickstarter campaign. The studio recently joked that there will be “no free DLC” for Shovel Knight's successor, a playful reference to the enormous extra content it created after the original game’s crowdfunding campaign smashed its goals. What started as a few promised stretch goals became Plague of Shadows, Specter of Torment, King of Cards, and Showdown. All were released free for owners of Shovel Knight: Treasure Trove, but the scope of those projects grew far beyond what the team initially expected. Now, with Mina the Hollower more than a decade later, Yacht Club appears determined to avoid repeating the same situation.

Estamos sendo progressivamente substituídos pelas próprias máquinas que alimentamos enquanto esses caras se empoderam mais e sentem ainda menos o risco de qualquer possível consequência. Não é por acaso que todos tem bunkers na Nova Zelândia e afins. Parece um jogo pra eles: vamo destruir o planeta num projeto de poder megalomaníaco e o resto que se foda.
