Anything beyond that and he needs congressional approval to continue the war with Iran. He can extend it for 30 days, but only for the safe withdrawal of US forces. Iran knows this. So, one of two things is about to happen. Trump is about to open a can of whoop-ass like no other in the next week that will be designed to cripple the Regime, or a big fat nothing burger and the Iranian Regime wins politically (which the world can not afford).
