I decided to invest in SLEEP. I invested $2,000 into the following: 1. A "Feathered Friends" goose down comforter ($800) 2. Riley duvet cover ($300) 3. 2 "Feathered Friends" pillows ($250) 4. TEMPUR-Adapt mattress topper ($300) 5. Headboard on Amazon - ($200) I want that "hotel feel" and this is what the internet told me to do. (already had a decent mattress and sheets) I'm usually a cheap shmuck. But I figured... if this makes my sleep 10% BETTER, I can: 1. make more $$, and 2. be happier And that's worth it. What else should I add to my sleep stack?

@bryan_johnson We served Super Veggie at our party and had an interesting discussion about Don't Die. One person said she wants to die. maybe it's a target so distant that we don't know what to think. If I tell my mom about it, she probably won't believe it works, but would definitely hope so.
