Hockey goalie can be 2nd after QB but catchers are at minimum behind those 2. Baseball batter is much more difficult than any defensive position

I'm still going through and reviewing the game from last night, but how on earth did the #Cubs not challenge this play? You can clearly see the ball bounce off the field before it makes its way to his glove. Did Counsell ever give an explanation?

If we get any semblance of our bullpen and rotation back odds are we will be just fine by July. I’ve even been impressed by how many guys have stepped up tbh.

It’s just a sad reality… 86-88 win team. The starting pitching is Ben Brown, and a bunch of 4’s and 5’s Few nice arms in this bullpen… But there really isn’t that much depth Pretty solid offense, pitching staff is just not good enough No reason to really “go for it” this year
