It’s dudes 2nd full season as a major leaguer seeing improvements already on one of the hardest tendencies to change is very encouraging.

I’d say c is a fair trade for him. B would be fair if he was hitting .250+ but he isn’t. Maybe if he’d stop swinging at pitches 2 feet outside

Don’t really think anyone is saying delayed gratification is the only skill it takes to be successful, but most people who are successful have probably delayed gratification multiple times in their life.

However “regression” from this pace could still be a 100 win ballclub. Not getting too high cuz there’s a lot of season left but this team is incredibly fun to watch.
