Has the @British_Airways Customer Service teams all been made redundant? EVERY time I call I just get cut off! Over 15 attempts made now over a week! Also, no #ExecutiveClub numbers any more! #BritishAirways#BA
@virginmedia The hold up is due to construction but that’s all I know. I keep getting told I will be kept informed but the last helpful exchange was in November
@virginmedia They have permits for this property and I believe they have from the council. No one has told me either way. Over 4 months this has gone on all the while I don’t have any internet! I was told I’d have an 8 week wait maximum
Was hoping the New Year might bring a good start but @virginmedia have but a stop to that. Waiting over 4 months for an installation date but still no luck. #virginmedia#poorservice
@EE Not true unfortunatley. The @EE website won't log on, The app won't log on. and the 150 phone number disconnects itself. Literally no way of contacting you!
What is going on with @EE at the moment! Can't log on to my account at all for the past few days or even call up! Something tells me they don't want me to query the £80 they over charged me!
