Les Wings et les Islanders ont des bonnes chances de rater les séries. Respectivement 54.2% et 53.4%. Les Wings ont donné des choix de 1er, 3e et 4e tour pour Justin Faulk (34 ans - 2 points en 8 matchs) et David Perron (37 ans - 0 point en 5 matchs). Les Islanders ont donné des choix de 1er et 3e tour pour Brayden Schenn (34 ans - 4 points en 9 matchs). Des fois, les transactions qu'on ne fait pas sont les meilleures. Et heureusement, Kent Hughes l'a compris. Plusieurs personnes l'ont critiqué pour son inactivité à la date limite des transactions. Mais ce n'était pas certain que son équipe allait participer aux séries. Et c'était pas mal certain que son équipe n'était pas aspirante donc n'était pas à l'étape de donner des choix de 1er tour pour des joueurs âgés. Il a fait confiance à son groupe, à leur chimie, et c'était intelligent. Quel joueur transigé à la date limite aurait réellement eu un impact sur le club, de toute façon? Un peu de perspective ce matin. P.S.: Oh, et je sais que Schenn et Faulk sont encore sous contrat la saison prochaine. Mais justement, ça rend le tout peut-être pire. #Mes2Cennes
