I’m sure the calculus at Restore is that if they come out against Israel they’ll be hit with the same machine that hit Corbyn and is now hitting Polanski. What I don’t think some in Restore understand is that’s exactly what you want. The public now knows the people who are attacked are the real anti-establishment candidates. You can’t be authentically anti-establishment and have the media like you which is why Labour and Reform are tanking. Millennials and zoomers are not on board with Israel. So even if you have to eat some short term shit with boomers (who are voting Tory or Reform regardless of what Restore does) it’s going to pay dividends come 2034 and 2039. You’re also going to lose a massive chunk of your most dedicated supporters if we don’t see any movement on Israel in the next few months. It’s screams of cowardice that Restore won’t even talk about foreign lobbies at all. There are three core principles as far as I’m concerned for Restore: Sovereignty, demographic security, self-sufficiency. Rupert doesn’t talk about any of these things.
