It's where you cut that tendon on the bottom of your tongue Apparently it was causing my tongue to fall into my throat and block my breathing while I tried to sleep and this made me wake up all the time I think this is a decently rare issue but if you have sleep issues it's worth looking into. Insanely cheap copay from my dentist, literally under $50 Added bonus effect is that there was clearly some weird tension-releasing effect and after they cut it my skull made all these mega-cracks for like 6 hours Main downside is you will talk like a retard for a week or so
