It’s about the customer service that air India doesn’t provide as any airlines should. 2 times experience - it took me probably 10-20 calls to reach out to customer care to change the flight, and their reason was by default calls cut at 45 mins bar

Indians love criticizing @airindia but keep shut at the mediocrity of western airlines. Flying @americanair to JFK this evening and everything from check in onwards has been so average that Air India positively shines and sparkles in contrast

I ran from a mass shooting today with my two little girls in my arms. We got separated from my wife. We hid behind a car and then sheltered in the apartment of some good Samaritans for 5 hours watching swat teams from the windows. We are all ok but we’re angry, very very angry.
