@WeAreOpenreach The experience is a charade. Followed 1hr Vodafone call with 2hr live chat, but still no progress. All Vod. say is make a (4th) OpenReach site installation appointment and the engineer will explain in person. Provider says talk to OpenReach, OpenReach say talk to provider. Joke!

@WeAreOpenreach How do I contact you? Your text bot keeps trying to make new appointments for me, but you haven’t told me why you couldn’t install broadband on your last 3 site visits. Please don’t just tell me to call my provider, I have done this many times and they don’t know

@WeAreOpenreach As expected, spent 1hr on the phone with Vodafone to no avail. They kept repeating they don’t have any information or report from OpenReach about your previous visit & that they can’t contact your engineers directly. So suggest booking (yet another) OpenReach site appointment
