Has anyone had this happen on FB Business Suite? I tried to make a new client a “partner” so they could whitelist with me. But I can’t create a “business portfolio” bc it says my account is “restricted.” Yet, brands whitelist with me via IG invite—the ads show on fb and IG!

Do you understand the problem? Now you create a new advertising account and spend money on it, but then you're still restricted because you don't have business verification. Facebook's scanning is very strict. I'm not forcing you to give me money. I have a solution: I offer a service where you can rent it instead of pouring money in and then getting restricted again. @bryce Totally stinks. Right there with you. My personal FB account was hacked in 2021 and it still has a restriction on it so I can't run ads or be associated with a business page. I can't get help on it and I make on of the more popular apps on their platform...

My wife’s IG account was hacked over a month ago. Even with people on the inside helping we’ve not been able to get it back. Hard to imagine where people with no connections to the company would even start.
