I recently spoke to a marketer who ran a $40M brand with just two designers and ONE AI process: He gave me and my team a masterclass on using AI to scale marketing and creative. Most brands use one tool with a bad prompt and hope it will solve all their problems. He chains 7 different tools together for: ideation, image creation, video editing, and iterating based on performance. ALL using AI and two offshore designers. I paid him 6-figures to build these systems for my companies. Now, I’m giving them away for free. Repost + Reply “GA” to get the guide in your DMs.

Sora 2 API + n8n is genuinely insane 🤯 This AI system creates unlimited UGC videos using n8n + the new Sora 2 API. Fully automated. Zero watermarks. HD quality. Game changer for e-commerce brands & creative agencies scaling content production. Most teams spend $10k+/month on influencer content... But now with the Sora 2 API: Drop a single product photo → generate 50+ HD videos with zero watermarks → own full commercial rights → pay a few bucks per video. Here's the workflow: → Drop product image into n8n form → Write your creative brief + choose video length → Sora 2 API generates HD UGC content automatically → Creates unboxings, demos, lifestyle clips & product showcases → Videos delivered instantly with ZERO watermarks 100% built in n8n. Production-ready quality. Want the complete n8n workflow? > Comment "SORA" > Like this post And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

I have a dedicated VA for just launching ads. Would recommend everyone having one. Saves so much time and way more flexible than all the bulk upload tools.
Raphael Yarish@rafyarish

@DTCMidas How do you launch all these ads on Meta/Tiktok?

Re: Icon backlash The dtc community is full of people who were never cool in school so they need to feel power by hating on someone else’s efforts to build something that may become better than anything they will ever build

The industry is small and time is long. People I blew off 10 years ago are building great start ups. People who watched me struggle and fail 8 years ago, help me win today. People who think I’m an asshole today will like me tomorrow. Just stay curious, honest, and engaged!

4 adsets, 3 ads each, $12,5 min spend each
Moha.lk3@moharzi12

@DTCMidas If I’m testing with a $100/day budget, how many ad sets should I run, how many creatives per ad set, and what should be the minimum spend per ad set?

We just improved Meta NC CPA 72% for this brand literally overnight. Took over spend on Thursday. This brand saw CAC double YoY & had no idea why. Ppl were asleep at the wheel. It's easier than ever to improve paid media performance anytime we get an account these days. Too many marketers have gotten lazy. Lack critical thinking. Unable to correlate ad performance to business performance. And find their brands in a death spiral without even understanding why which only compounds the issue. The solution isn't always more creative, more landing pages, more discounts. It's usually hidden in the details & few are willing or able to go that deep.

@jordanhaswings @kennykhoang ABO testing offers better control especially when dealing with big budgets Easy for CBO or ASC to direct spend to bad ads if youre testing there and then it nukes the entire campaign

When measured across time, most brands will be better off on average leaning into machine learning. Though this doesn’t mean there aren’t outlier performers media buying manually (ABO, manual bids). Both are true. Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger ought to continue doubling down on a few investments while watching the basket while most investors ought to invest in index funds.
Jordan Menard@jordanhaswings

Every savage media buyer I know tests creative with abo and scales it where it lies. Everyone has their own twist or style from that foundation , but functionally it’s the same thing. Every. Single. Savage media buyer I know. Does it this way. I’m sure it’s a coincidence.

sounds like custom internally built tools, which doesn’t surprise me i previously tried an enterprise level ad management tool like this and 1) it was ridiculously expensive (5% of spend or something close) 2) when the tech breaks/goes down, the automations completely destroy the ad acc so considering how critical the maintenance of the tech is, i wouldn’t be comfortable relying on an outside team to ensure everything was running smoothly

my meta reps flew out to mykonos for a dinner and i learned two things: 1) the largest spenders ($20m+/mo) within direct response are doing no manual media buying and it is all automated based on first party performance data when performance is good on any given asset, the automations are hyper scaling and making budget increases 3-5 times a day and they still have strict performance targets that they’re hitting they believe that the media buying position within companies will be obsolete within 1 year 2) if u spend over $50m on meta u get a bday cake

Most brands are still running ads from their main page in 2025. Meanwhile, the skilled media buyers are quietly building AI avatar pages that don’t directly represent the brand, and using them to run some of the most effective cold traffic funnels on Meta. Whitelisting AI avatar pages can be a game changer when done properly. So what is whitelisting for those who don’t know? Whitelisting means running ads through a third-party page; usually an influencer, content page, or (now) an AI persona. → The ad doesn’t come from your brand → It comes from a more trusted source that looks native, organic, and unbiased In 2025, AI has changed the game: you can now spin up AI avatar pages to whitelist at scale, no creators needed. Why use an AI avatar page? • You can bypass creative fatigue; cold traffic is being bombarded with branded ads • Builds trust instantly. It feels more like content, not a pitch • Split test personalities, niches, & hooks. You can have multiple avatars for different buyer personas. Here’s the funnel structure that we’ve seen convert: 1.Step 1: Create a Clean Avatar Whitelist Page → Page name = “Dad Gains Daily” or “Skincare with Sophie” → Description = Personal interest, relatable tone → Use Higgsfield/HeyGen/Synthesia 2.Step 2: Record or Generate High-Converting Video Scripts → Angle: Unboxing, problem-solving, or “3 things you need to know before buying [X]” → Avatar = relatable, trustworthy, not overly polished → Use proven hooks that match the persona page 3.Step 3: Launch Ads from the Avatar Page → Meta sees this as UGC-style content, not a hard sell → Better engagement on average → Pair with advertorial or presell page before PDP for maximum impact 4.Step 4: Build Retargeting Ecosystem → Use branded retargeting to close with trust → Avatar warms them up. Brand converts them. Why is this so effective in 2025? • Meta favors native-feeling content • Ad fatigue is real & this resets trust • AI lets you scale avatars without creator bottlenecks • You can build an entire portfolio of “influencer” pages for whitelisting Want our AI Avatar Playbook with plug-and-play scripts, avatar generation tools, and full page frameworks? Like this post, RT, & comment ‘Avatar’ and I’ll DM you the full system

I talk to 20+ merchants a week and it’s always a tale of two cities either they’re drowning, trying a million things that don’t work, or they’ve cracked CAC to LTV and everything clicks. Truth is if you don’t have that working nothing else matters
