As we prepare to dovetail into Phase-5 of VBM from 1 to 31 August, we continue to add more flights & destinations to facilitate evacuation & outbound travel of stranded Indians. We also hope to add more countries to the list as we progress & ramp up the reach of our operations.

@airindiain @rosytenneti Your customer care is completely hopeless who will mercilessly put people on hold and disconnect the call after that. I have spent my entire last week dealing with the most useless call centre agents who hasn't helped me in anyway. Stop this scam!

#FlyAI : Air India will operate flights between India and UK under VBM Phase-5, in addition to the existing flights operating on this sector. Booking will open on AI website, Booking Offices ,call centre and through authorised Travel Agents on 31st July 2020 from 1330 IST.

@airindiain Just adding new flights is not sufficient. There is no way to book flights on your website or via your customer care. Stop using PR tactics to promote your airlines. Your services is horrible and only creating mental distress.

@airindiain @airindiain your customer care agents are awful and unable to book anything for the last one hour. What is the use of customer support when they are not helping us with bookings. When the queue is cleared your agent pretends to not hear me and disconnect my call. please help
