@uk_iddon @currys I’m having the same issue mate, Lego set bought all receipts etc provided refusing to refund seems very suspect to me


So. My @currys order was due for delivery on 23/12. Next day delivery part of the contract. That #DPD is hopeless not my problem of course. Thank the Lord for the 2015 Consumer Protection Act. These companies must lose so many customers because of couriers.


@currys I bought a shark power detector earlier today. When unpacking it i noticed some of the white paper bags the various parts are in were ripped. Indicating this is either a return or an ex display. But the main part i have been told is it should come with a flexible pipe.







@afcbrl @currys Hi Antonio , email the CEO directly. Had the same nightmare as you and eventually emailed the CEO. Had a response from the his assistant same day and problem resolved the following day. ( complete refund , non nonsense. ) shouldn’t have to do it but if it works !!!



@currys oh dear. I've had my 4th maybe 5th call with Currys customer service just there and my 8th i think if you include the 3rd party company managing Black Friday guarante price match. To say you are daylight robbers is an understatement.




@currys Shame on @Currys. Ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max online and received a fake phone. Returned it immediately, but now facing no updates or resolution. Time wasted, gift ruined. Completely unacceptable from a major retailer.
