@DrHomeostatic Depends on your goal and vibe, if you like to train with yourself only, go with the 1st one, you'll get better equipments which will target right muscle better, But if you're more influenced by ppl around you, and you have no fixed hours, go with the 2nd one.

Recently visited 2 different gyms and now I’m confused which one to join. Prices are almost the same. First one is a new less crowd, fresh equipment, very spacious…but fixed limited hours and Sunday closed. Second one is quite famous across India but very crowded in comparison. Plus point 24/7 open and sauna available. Which one makes more sense?
