@QuickBooks @Intuit Over a year, 3 case numbers, and still no billing specialist assigned to a $4,670.68 refund request. New case: #15161540961. Can someone from Executive Escalations take ownership and provide a resolution timeline?

Hi, I’m hoping you can point me in the right direction. I’ve had an unresolved refund case with @QuickBooks for over a year. My assigned representative is no longer available and support has been unable to resolve it. Would you know who handles executive escalations.
