The Alonso-Massa period at Ferrari is essentially what you'd call a modern day Max Verstappen -Any of his teammate at Red Bull arrangement -One of the drivers did the donkey's work when it came to testing upgrades that went on Alonso's cars - the data wasn't shared - the strategies were downright shambolic where the aim was to help Alonso's race results -Every penny was spent to help the Spaniard's campaign Again.... nothing wrong in doing all that... just don't compare the two teammates performances because this data...just like the one used for Max vs his teammates...is meaningless

Wish nothing but good luck for Galions as they seem to be ambitious with their project. However, this offseason is being an absolute rollercoaster and disastrous. Was their 1st/2nd option but due to how quick I had to decide when 3x different ERL1 opportunities were knocking on my door - I ended up rejecting their offer. As I mentioned before - had interest from 1x LFL1 team who were heavily interested but I didn't get the chance to even trial because X wanted to work with known Y so a week after of waiting I just get back to square 0. Nearly locked with another team who I was interested at, unfortunately since I've asked for a full-time pay, someone who barely wanted money ends up getting the spot so once again, back to square 0. Received 2x other offers from NLC and HLL but one of them wasn't enough so I'm still waiting for more informations. It's devastating really - from having so many early opportunities and interests into being ghosted, unconsidered when I've had one hell of a coaching debut year with so much to give and prove. Call it whining, being desperate or whatever you'd like but it feels terrible to end up being stuck in this super slow offseason move window when everything seemed to be clicking. Apologize for the extended rant but it has been truly unreal. ----------------------------- Despite being unsure if I'll be coaching any project/team for 2026 due to all of these unfortunate events, I am still looking for full-time HC/AC positions for any Major ERL1, Game Changers or any ambitious project who allows me to work for the whole year with minimum resources. Skewmond es muy malo en equipo 0 control de objetivos, 0 engage sense, solo sabe jugar soloq. Sheo es way better en todos los sentidos como jungla. Y Yike tb no me parece para nada un upgrade. Y creo que da igual que tuvieran a mikyx o a labrov
