10 years of figuring it out. Different training styles. Different nutritional approaches. Periods of poor training, periods of complete obsession. More wrong turns than right ones, especially early on. Wouldn’t trade it for the world 2015->2017->2023->2025 “Nobody wants to put in the work for 10 years but 10 years is going to pass anyway so you might as well just put in the work”

Overall sleep is a little bit too much. But achieved REM that much and deep sleep with L-Theanine, Magnesium Bisglycinate, Magnesium L-threonate and some days I took GABA. No phones before bed.

the skincare industry doesn't want this $20 tube to be enough. but it is. not for acne. anti aging. - reverses photoaging - stimulates collagen production - accelerates cell turnover - repairs sun damage at the cellular level - slows epidermal thinning - reduces fine lines and wrinkles - reduces hyperpigmentation - reduces pore size - unclogs pores - evens skin texture - eliminates rough patches - gives skin a natural reflectivity. the tret "glow". - reduces acne scarring - firms skin over time via collagen remodeling if you want actor level skin. one tube. tretinoin.

not sure why more people don't talk about tretinoin this stuff is really life changing. i do not recommend visiting a derm unless u specifically ask for tret and reject ALL their other reccs i skipped all that, here's what i did tretinoin (topical gel, 6-12 weeks): 0.05% nightly apply after cleansing full dose from day 1 daily application (3x/week is cope) expect peeling week 1-2 forces faster skin cell renewal clears surface acne then run isotret to stop future acne isotretinoin (oral pill, 4-6 months): systemic remodeling of the sebaceous glands shrinks oil glands permanently skin purges week 2-3 clears by month 4 done. now i run tret whenever i want. anti aging + actor level shining skin. most ppl would honestly benefit from tret alone. isotret only if you're ready for the side effects. this is the generic tret + isotret i used international tretinoin: buygenerics.com/generic-meds/r… international isotretinoin: buygenerics.com/generic-meds/a… not medical advice.

The 4:45am alarm, the cold plunge, the fasted training, the black coffee on an empty stomach, the 20g of creatine monohydrate, and the Whoop strap telling you your HRV is 38... That stack put three of my clients in the hospital before they were 50.

@CowsEatGrassBlg (survivorship bias). No one lists the yoga instructors who died young. Additionally, yoga instructors generally don’t drink alcohol, don’t smoke, follow a plant-based diet, and experience low stress—attributing their long lifespans solely to breathing is a causal fallacy.

@CowsEatGrassBlg The comparison is flawed from the start because the sample of professional bodybuilders consists of an elite group that has used performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) for decades; the list of “top yoga masters,” on the other hand, is based on a selection of survivors

Pro bodybuilders (1948–2014 study): average death age 47.7 years…34% higher mortality, mostly heart issues (probably in part from PEDs.) Top yoga masters: Indra Devi 102, T. Krishnamacharya 100, Connie Dennison 102, Ida Herbert 103, Tao Porchon-Lynch 101, V. Nanammal 99, B.K.S. Iyengar 95, Vera Paley 103, K. Pattabhi Jois 93, Swami Vishnudevananda Saraswati 102, Charlotte Chopin 102, Bernice Bates 99, Salomon Delgado 93, Muriel Black 90…average 99 years. Breath > barbells.

@limitlesstack "Reversing photoaging" = inducing controlled low-grade inflammation to force collagen synthesis. Dermis thickens, stratum corneum thins .. barrier function drops, TEWL rises. You're repairing visible markers by compromising the shield.

@limitlesstack exactly but tretinoin makes that "new damage" hit harder. It thickens the dermis but thins the stratum corneum—the literal UV barrier. So past photoaging gets repaired while future UV damage lands on weaker tissue. Mechanism is inflammation-driven collagen synthesis

@limitlesstack Good skin means: lower vitamin a levels getting enough sleep with no blue lights. no any PUFA source. Sulforaphane (from broccoli sprouts) activates the NRF2 pathway to provide internal protection against UV damage (clinical studies available)
