@AperehamL you should track your sleep cycles, thats the best way to see its effects on you. deep sleep time, rem time, hrv, sleep latency. should be way more noticeable after a full cycle imo.

@limitlesstack Been on epitalon and pinealon for 2 weeks, the differences are subtle, and perhaps it's placebo effect; I do feel more "awake/alert" despite my history of bad sleep. It's interesting. We'll see how I am in a month.

common misconception is that modafinil is only for sleep deprived people. thats wrong. modafinil works BEST on great sleep. so fix it. fall asleep stack: 500mg magnesium l threonate 400mg l theanine 3g taurine 5g glycine timing: 60m before bed goal: relax your brain, fast sleep quality stack: 1-2 capsules pinealon 1-2 capsules epitalon timing: both in the evening goal: longer REM + deep sleep, cellular recovery, efficient sleep architecture, melatonin production habits: take stims early, 4-6am careful with the dose, half life of modafinil is long no caffeine 6 hours before bed no food 4h before bed, digestion steals energy dim lights 1 hour before bed phone outside of room lower the temperature to 19°C consistent wakeup time (more important that bedtime) get sunlight within 30m in morning bedroom and workroom are seperate preferrably no phone usage / blue light filter 60m before bed and most importantly: work so hard that you melt into your bedsheets. sleep feels better that way. learn to sleep. not medical advice.
