On election night Pratt held a nearly 40,000 vote lead over Nithya Raman. Then came the late ballots. Then came the federal investigation. Then came the 43,000 question...
As of the latest count with 83% of ballots in, Raman now leads 27.1% to 26.7% which is a swing of over 43,000 votes in five days.
Federal election fraud investigations are now underway in California, announced by First Assistant US Attorney Bill Essayli in coordination with the FBI.
Pratt posted this on X: "A net swing of more than 43,000 votes since Tuesday... 43,000, huh? Where have I seen that number before... Probably nothing."
For context, there are approximately 43,000 homeless people living in the City of Los Angeles on any given night according to public reports.
Pratt's campaign is expected to demand a recount.

At some point @realDonaldTrump all elections (local, state & federal) become a national security issue. The American people’s loss of trust in the one thing that makes us equal at the same moment in time (our right to vote as legal citizens in a fair election system) is sacrosanct.
As you are well aware, that trust has been severely violated by radical elements inside of our various institutions of government (all levels and on both sides of the aisle). This has to be resolved ASAP and there is only one person, one position, in our government that takes their oath of office that uses the word “preserve.” That would be you. At some point very soon, you are going to need to make a unilateral decision to preserve our constitution by assuring the sanctity of our right to vote in a free and fair election process.
