I've seen this pattern before. In fact, 13 years ago I've seen this setup before, and same difficult questions. I have low confidence in what will evolve for next week, but I do know that it is unwise to jump on the current model suites.

@IngramSpark Ticket 2098068 was opened over a week ago and I’ve had zero response. I’ve tried engaging on Facebook but again I get no response. I’ve called on the phone but it redirects to web. So I am DM you here, requesting, no, pleading, begging even, for some sort of assistance.
