Raked wingtips are more efficient than winglets. But they can’t be used on narrowbodies because airport gate spacing and many of the taxiways can’t allow for the increased wingspan. That’s why winglets are used instead. Widebodies have more wiggle room for raked tips so you see them on the 767-400 and the 787. The 777X pushed that limit so it got folding wingtips for ground ops.
