@OVOEnergy When we were forced to move to your service from SSE you took over £700 from our account as an “adjustment charge”. Our math puts that adjustment at around £275 and yet after numerous complaints and phone calls we still have no proof or bill to justify the discrepancy

@gigaclear whole village out. We have waited over a week for engineers. They came yesterday outside the village but had the wrong site plan so now we have no fix, no update, no ETA. Absolutely incompetent. Signing up with another provider seems to be the only way to get internet. Be wary!!

@gigaclear Our entire village has been without internet for over a week. We were all told your team were coming today to finally fix it. Nobody has shown up, and when called the tech team had no idea what’s going on. Complete and utter incompetence.

@gigaclear If you want to keep costumers and avoid scathing reviews you need to stop expansion until you can properly support your existing base. 1+ week outages for a whole village are just not acceptable when people rely on internet for modern working.
