Morning 5km run
Last sunrise in New Zealand. Along the street and back on the beach. Super busy with lots of people out for a walk or a swim. Going to miss this scenery, that's for sure!

First day of spring so my wife and I celebrated by going to Planet Fitness for a workout. In the afternoon I ran a relaxed 3.3 miles at the park in very comfortable 88 degrees temperatures.

Tuesday this week-our trip to the La Jolla cove, San Diego, which was voted top beach in America and number 7 in the world in 2026!
Its known for its calm, crystal-clear waters, abundant marine life, including a large sea lion colony.
I loved swimming here in the past!

20 mile recovery bike ride on a breezy morning! Happy Spring!

I had a great time at the Y this morning. Started with 30 minutes arc trainer, then 30 minutes Precore elliptical, 15 minutes Open Stride elliptical, abdominal workout, 15 minutes steam room, 10 minutes sauna, 10 minutes jacuzzi, and finished with 10 minutes running in the pool.

Another good day. 6 miles of running on dirt with no pain. The rest of the mileage was walking. Feeling positive.

A plod around Rotorua, past lots of thermal pools, through town and by the lake. All accompanied by the eggy aroma of sulphur.
