Rewind to about 1:08 or 1:09 to get to where the stream begins. I wasn't able to get it right at the beginning, so thanks to the folks in my replies who mentioned the exact time!!

It's working!!! Select "Watch Live" and then rewind bit by bit until you get to the beginning. If you select "Watch from the beginning", it will send you back to the "were working on the live stream" thing.

I hate @Ticketmaster I waited in a queue for 4 hours, finally got in and selected tickets and it kept saying error so I kept trying for 2 hours and eventually I just refreshed and now Chicago is sold out. Thank you Ticketmaster for the presale that meant nothing. #TheErasTour
